I strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and to bring a little fun into every real estate transaction. I've lived here most of my life and I love Missouri and Kansas... as much as I love my job!

As a Realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or concern.

As a real estate agent, my specialty is helping first-time homebuyers access loan products and down payment assistance programs that can increase their buying power. I also love helping seasoned homeowners with selling their existing home and purchasing new homes. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. As a licensed Sales Professional, I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiations techniques. I love to win (for my clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile.

I live in Archie Missouri with my Husband Gary and a bossy Pomeranian.
